I’ve made this blog to record my progress. And some inspirations for my journey.
I have had a lot of issues with myself and I am starting to actively try and change that.
I am overweight. I now weigh 163lbs. In Feb 2014 I was 178lbs. Now for a 5 foot tall girl this does not appear in any way to be healthy.
I am a picky eater but I am trying to try new, healthier foods. But until I am able to change my whole diet, I am controlling portions and calories. As well as going to the gym and working out. Mainly walking on the treadmill right now.
I will be posting photos of myself and writing journal entries on here about my progress, the ups and downs. And using this blog as a diary of sorts, to help get my emotions out in the open.
